My coaching methodology is designed to address all aspects of your well-being, helping you achieve balance and harmony in your life, focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes which leads to long-lasting results, rather than quick fixes or fad diets.

​ MY STORY
is one of resilience, courage and transformation. I have faced and overcome many challenges, such as an auto immune disorder (IBD), IBS, debilitating migraines, vertigo, childhood stuttering, acne and a divorce, after a 28 year emotionally challenged marriage. I was born in Ontario, Canada and have lived in England, North Carolina and New Jersey. I have three beautiful children, who are a major part of my life and the reason for my transformation. All of this led me to where I am today; a Functional Medicine Health and Wellness Coach with a passion to help others and give back to all of you who feel they want a more fulfilling life.
I received my Functional Medicine Health Coach Certification from the highly regarded FMCA and my Personal Trainer, Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning and Body Building Certification from ISSA. I also have my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Monmouth University and have over 30 years of experience in both the business and education field.

MY EXPERIENCES have given me unique insights into the importance of holistic wellness, encompassing physical, emotional and mental health. I can offer potential clients not just theoretical advice, but practical, empathetic guidance based on real-life challenges and triumphs. My story serves as a powerful testament to the possibility of positive change, the importance of self-care, and the courage required to make difficult but necessary life decisions. By sharing my journey, I would love to inspire my clients to believe in their own capacity for resilience and transformation, to help them understand that it is possible to live a fulfilling life despite chronic health issues or personal struggles, and that taking steps to improve one's situation, no matter how daunting, can lead to significant positive changes. ​
